We would be delighted to welcome you as a member of Keswick Golf Club for the 2026 season. Whether you’re an experienced player or new to the game, there’s never been a better time to join our friendly and growing golf community.
2025 has been an exceptional year for Keswick Golf Club. Glorious weather throughout the season has helped to keep our course in outstanding condition, earning praise from visitors and members alike with many saying it’s “the best it has ever been.” We have welcomed over 4,500 visitors this year and continue to see our membership grow steadily.

The membership at Keswick Golf Club is a 12 month period and runs from 1st January – 31st December.
Payment for annual membership is to be made at the time of applying and can be made via bank transfer, Card, Cash or through direct debit monthly payments via Orchard funding.

The membership fee includes the England Golf Union (EGU) and Cumbria Golf Union (CGU) Affiliation fees as follows, EGU £12, CGU Men £13, CGU Ladies £9.50, totaling Men @ £25 & Ladies @ £21.50,

All memberships offer full playing rights with no restrictions on weekdays and weekends, Voting rights, Affiliation with England Golf and County Golf Association which includes the World Handicap System, UK Public Liability Golf Insurance, Reciprocal arrangements with other clubs, Cumbria County card offering discounts at affiliated clubs in England (ages 18+ and not available with the Country membership)
Discounted Rate for Guests.
Discounted golf buggy hire (ages 17+ with full driving licence)

All members receive a 20% discount in the Clubhouse

Full member - Becoming a Full Member at Keswick Golf Club gives unlimited access to the 18-hole Lake District course, full playing rights, competitive and social opportunities, discounts and perks and the chance to be part of a welcoming golfing community.

First time - This could be your first time of being a member at Keswick or maybe you fancy taking up golf for the first time or if you used to be a member 3+ more years ago and would like to come back, this is the one for you as you get to enjoy all of the benefits.

Silver member - offers great value and flexibility, giving you 15 rounds a year to enjoy your game without the full commitment of annual membership.
No matter how many holes are played up to 18 this will count as one of the 15 games
If entering a fee paid Open competition, this does not count as one of the 15 games
The silver package is not eligible to take part in club knockout competitions and gives no voting rights

Country member -  Joining as a country member gives you unlimited access to this beautiful Lake District course, full affiliation benefits and guest/reciprocal perks, all at a favourable rate for those living outside Cumbria. A Cumbria County Card and voting rights do not apply.

Junior age 14 and under Joining as a junior lets young golfers have fun, develop their skills on a challenging and beautiful course, and become part of a friendly, supportive golf community.

Ages 15 - 20 inc Keeping the youngsters outdoors and being active is important and what better way than golf. An affordable membership and the right age to - Catch the golf bug!

*Special offer - Aged 17 and under goes free for the year if a parent is a full member with us. Only one free child place per full member *

Ages 21 - 25 inc We have split the age ranges up to offer packages to suit everyone and welcome the next generation to the game whilst receiving all the benefits of a full member

Ages 26 - 30 inc We have split the age ranges up to offer packages to suit everyone and welcome the next generation to the game whilst receiving all the benefits of a full member

SENIOR MENS SECTION
For male members why not consider becoming a member of the Fellmen. Its easy, you just have to be 55+ and when you become a member of the club or renew your existing membership you simply select the option on the application form and then there is a £10 annual fee. Strong golfing ability is definitely not a pre-requisite, more the enjoyment and sociability of being with other like-minded people, they are a friendly bunch and would love to welcome more senior golfers.
